Accreditation: EUSA European University Futsal Championship 2025
Accreditation is an essential part of the EUSA European University Futsal Championship 2025, ensuring smooth access and logistics for all participants, officials, volunteers, and guests. Below, you will find all relevant information regarding the accreditation process for this prestigious event.
Accreditation Process
The accreditation process will be carried out in five steps.

1.) In the first step, the head of the delegation will determine the composition of the delegation that arrived in Zagreb.
2.) In the second step, all financial obligations will be checked. Performance is possible only in case of fully executed and approved payments in the system, and the head of the delegation will immediately receive the original invoice for all payments.
3.) In the third step, the rooming list is created. Rooming lists will be prepared in advance according to completed applications in Individual entry forms in accordance with EUSA rules. Male athletes will be in male pavilions, female athletes in female pavilions in double rooms, while officials will be in their pavilions in single and double rooms.
4.) In the fourth step, a check is carried out by EUSA and accreditations are issued.
5.) In the fifth, final step, the keys are picked up at the reception. The keys can only be picked up with the presentation of the accreditation and the rooming list, which you will receive in the third and fourth step.
ACCREDITATION CARD
The Accreditation Card is the only official and valid document for EUC Futsal 2025 participants; therefore it must always be clearly visible in order to access restricted event areas.
Monitoring of access will be achieved through the Accreditation Cards, which will be checked at all site entrances. Depending on their category, each participant will be allowed to access certain zone. People not holding an Accreditation Card or holding a Card which does not have the required access rights will not be allowed to enter. Improper usage of personal Accreditation Cards is prosecutable by law and will be reported to the Security Operational Center.
LOSS OF THE ACCREDITATION CARD
In case of loss of the Accreditation Card, participant must personally approach the OC Accreditation Center and report the loss by using valid Identification document (passport or ID card). Enquiries about issuing replacement cards is to be made directly at the Accreditation Center where new cards will be printed. Issuing of a new accreditation card will be charged by the OC (50 EUR).

Access Control: Accreditation badges are mandatory for entry into competition venues, dormitories, catering areas, and VIP zones. Only accredited participants will have access to these restricted areas, ensuring security and a well-managed environment throughout the championship.

- Operating Hours: The accreditation center will be open on July 16th and 17th to accommodate arrivals.
