Competition Format

• Men’s Tournament: The men’s competition will feature 18 teams split into groups, followed by knockout rounds. Teams will compete in group stages to determine their standing and progression into the elimination rounds.
  
  
• Women’s Tournament: The women’s tournament will host 15 teams, also divided into groups, leading into knockout rounds to determine the finalists and the overall champions.

Key Dates

• Opening Ceremony: The championship will officially begin with an opening ceremony on July 18th at the Dražen Petrović Sports Hall at 20:30h. This event will mark the beginning of the competition and will be an opportunity for all participants to gather, celebrate, and kick off the tournament in style.
  
  
• Competition Days: Matches will take place from July 18th to July 25th, with both group and knockout stages keeping the excitement alive throughout the week.
  
  
• Finals and Closing Ceremony: The finals will be held on July 25th at the Dražen Petrović Sports Hall, followed by the closing ceremony and celebratory events to cap off a week of incredible futsal action.

Venues

The championship will be held in four sports venues across Zagreb, each with a  history in Zagreb sports culture and capable of providing an incredible atmosphere for competitive futsal.

All venues have been carefully chosen to ensure participants and fans enjoy a high-quality futsal experience, with excellent facilities and an atmosphere that captures the excitement of this prestigious event.

Livestream and Results

To keep everyone connected to the action, all matches will be livestreamed, allowing fans, families, and supporters from across Europe to follow their favorite teams and enjoy the high-level futsal competition in real-time.

• Live Scores and Updates: Scores and match updates will be available through the official event website, ensuring that supporters stay informed throughout the championship.
  
  

• Results and Standings: Regular updates on team standings, group results, and knockout progressions will be made available, providing transparency and excitement as teams advance.

Training Sessions

Training sessions for participating teams will take place at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb (Horvaćanski zavoj 15), located just four minutes on foot from Student Dormitory Stjepan Radić.

Two halls are available:

• KIF1: full-sized sports hall
• KIF2: basketball-sized hall

On several days you will also be able to train on competition venues.

Teams may reserve their preferred time slots by using the provided online form, following these rules:

• Registrations can be made day by day. (For example, you can sign up for the July 16th training on July 15th, for July 17th training on July 16th, and so on for all other days.)
• Anyone who registers in advance (before the allowed day) will be removed.
• Anyone who registers but fails to attend the training session will lose the right to register for the remainder of the competition.
• Each team can reserve a maximum of one time slot per day. Training sessions last one hour.
• OC will provide balls for all training sessions.

Meeting rooms

Meeting rooms are available during championship for teams. They are located at the Faculty of Kinesiology: P1, P2, P3, P4.

• Each team can reserve a maximum of one time slot per day. Meeting sessions last one hour and 30 minutes.
